There’s a change in the air as winter approaches and Crested Butte will be delivering its daily snow report to skiers and riders in new and exciting ways this season.
An improved, quick-view graphic on our website displays all the pertinent information you’ll need to plan your day on the mountain: the number of acres, lifts, and trails open, plus the percentage of open terrain. Drop-down menus reveal lift and trail status at a glance.
Additionally, we have also installed new webcams across the resort, including a live Pow Cam. The Pow Cam will be cleared daily, starting Opening Day on November 27, at 4:00pm.
For when you’re one boot out the door, be sure to download the free EpicMix app to view conditions on your phone. You can also find our web cams and trail maps, track your vert, and earn digital pins. New this year, several of our lifts will be equipped with EpicMix Time, so you can check on lift-line wait times and plot your course around the mountain accordingly.
The snow phone will no longer be in operation, but you can continue to find our daily conditions listed at OnTheSnow.com and real-time alerts @SkiCrestedButte on Twitter. We want to keep you informed and the stoke alive.
