We are thrilled to upgrade the Teocalli Lift for the 2019-20 Winter Season.
The new lift will increase uphill capacity by more than 50 percent, providing an enhanced level of convenience for guests looking to access the front side of the mountain or lap some of Crested Butte’s sweetest trees. A slight realignment of the lift line moves the top terminal closer to the top of the existing Red Lady Express Lift, improving egress to the can’t-miss, Uley’s Cabin as well as the base area. Increasing convenience and likes on your Instagram account, the new alignment happens to provide a perfect window into the grandeur of the lift’s namesake peak just across the valley.
The new chairlift is set to debut in the early stages of the 2019-20 winter season, marking another example of Vail Resorts’ constant focus of improving the guest experience across its portfolio of 20 world-class resorts, and counting. Over the last decade, Vail Resorts has invested $1.2 billion in capital investments, and the new Teocalli Lift represents the company’s first on-mountain improvement at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
